A new fascia board beside older weathered panels

The piece it opened

Repairs

Repair puts back the piece the animal opened. A soffit panel, the fascia, a vent screen, a door sweep, a deck skirt, or a chimney cap after the flue is empty.

The roof stays on. This is not a whole-roof replacement, and it is not a remodel. It is the opening, closed, and the piece beside it put back so the next animal cannot use it.

Call or text. Tell us what is open. The inspection is free. The price depends on the animal and the opening.

What repairs cover

Soffit, fascia, tile

The panel back in its track. A tile eave gets a stop that still lets the roof drain. A bath trap and a pool-cage seam are their own pieces.

Air still moves

Screen the vent so it can still breathe. A weep hole still drains. We do not put mesh inside a dryer duct, and we do not stuff screen down a flue.

The attic

The hole is closed before any insulation goes back. Soiled, packed, or urine-soaked insulation comes out. Clean, dry insulation stays.

Small ragged hole in a gable vent screen, the rest of the mesh intact
The screen is chewed. The rest of the vent is still there.

What you notice

Call when a panel is out, a screen is chewed, or a cap is gone. We look at that piece. We do not quote a new roof from a photo of a hole.

  • One soffit panel out of its track. The gutter and the shingles are still on.
  • A chewed hole in fascia or in a vent screen.
  • A chimney cap knocked loose. We cap it only after the flue is empty.
  • A garage sweep worn through, or a skirt missing under a deck.
  • Foam or screen stuffed in the hole. That is the failed repair we replace.
  • Insulation matted in one bay. The bay next to it can still be sound.
  • A dryer hood that will not close. The duct still has to exhaust.

Repair questions

Do you repair the damage?

Yes. After the animal is out we seal the entry and put back the piece it opened. Soiled insulation in that bay comes out. Clean insulation stays. New insulation goes in only after the hole is shut.

Will you replace the whole roof?

No. The repair is the panel, the fascia, the vent, the sweep, the skirt, or the cap. A hole is not a new roof, and we do not gut every attic.

Can you board it up tonight?

We can close an opening once we know what is using it and whether young are inside. We do not seal animals in.

Who fixes chewed wires?

An electrician. We close the hole the animal chewed so the chewing stops. We do not repair the circuit, and we do not spray for it.

How much does the repair cost?

The inspection is free. The price depends on the animal and the opening. Call (321) 205-4972 or use the form and we look at the job before anyone names a number.
